This privacy policy describes CPAPlus Network's current policies and practices with regard to personal data collected by CPAPlus Network through its website, CPAPlusNetwork.com. This privacy policy is independent from any offline personal data collection practices, such as information provided over the phone. However, neither CPAPlus Network nor its representatives will ever solicit any health information or your social security number.

Personal Data Collected Through CPAPlusNetwork.com

Other than cookies, (as described below) the only personal data CPAPlus Network currently collects through its website is the information you voluntarily give us when you use our site.
 
For example, you may use this site to contact CPAPlus Network with questions and comments, or to register for an event.  When you fill out a form on our website, you may provide your name and other contact information, including your company's name, your e-mail address, and your mailing address or the mailing address of your company or other personal information. There is a minimum of required information; however, if you do not wish to fill out all of the information on the form you are not required to do so. When you submit information to us through CPAPlusNetwork.com, you will receive a confirmation e-mail if you enter a valid e-mail address.

CPAPlus Network uses the personal data information you provide to set up accounts, track CPE credits, answer questions or resolve problems. CPAPlus Network and our affiliates also use this information to help us improve the content and functionality of our websites, to better understand our customers and markets, and to improve our products and services. CPAPlus Network and our affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about products, services, or improvements we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to "opt-out" of receiving future communications.

1. Upon registration as a member on our website
2. Upon registration for a regional meeting, webinar, or other special function
3. Upon completion of our applications

If you supply CPAPlus Network with your postal address, phone number, or e-mail address, you may receive periodic communications from the CPAPlus Network or other reputable companies affiliated with CPAPlus Network. The communications will provide information on available services or upcoming events.

You can also opt out of receiving future e-mail messages by following the "unsubscribe" instructions at the bottom of any e-mailed message you receive.

In addition, you can opt out of receiving future e-mailed messages or newsletters from CPAPlus Network by changing your preferences on the "Communication Preferences" page, which is located in the "My Profile" section of the "My Account" tab on the Site.

Children

CPAPlus Network does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of sixteen. If you are under sixteen, please do not give us any personal data. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal data to CPAPlus Network, please contact us, and we will try to delete that information from our databases.

Any controversy or claim related to privacy that cannot be settled to your satisfaction shall be settled by arbitration in South Carolina.
